Gerald and Deanna were friendly, worked around my schedule and overall fantastic. I've had a couple of home inspections and this was certainly the most enjoyable and informative. Gerald allowed me to shadow him during the inspection and patiently fielded all my questions without talking over my head. Having them work together made the experience very efficient and they worked within my budget to fill my needs. I will definitely be calling them again the future and referring them to anyone in need. Thank you!

I called Gerald on a Monday afternoon with an urgent request to look inspect two homes. He accommodated my schedule and met me the following day and he was on time and ready to get to work. I wasn't interested in a written report; I just wanted the highlights from an experienced inspector. I chose Gerald because he has a contractor background, and he was able to efficiently and thoroughly assess the two properties. He gave me his honest opinion and was able to quickly give me the an idea of the condition of the properties and told me the things that were ACTUAL problems, without the mind numbing legalese of most inspection reports with their standard catch phrases... read full review
