Gerald and Deanna were friendly, worked around my schedule and overall fantastic. I've had a couple of home inspections and this was certainly the most enjoyable and informative. Gerald allowed me to shadow him during the inspection and patiently fielded all my questions without talking over my head. Having them work together made the experience very efficient and they worked within my budget to fill my needs. I will definitely be calling them again the future and referring them to anyone in need. Thank you!

I called Gerald on a Monday afternoon with an urgent request to look inspect two homes. He accommodated my schedule and met me the following day and he was on time and ready to get to work. I wasn't interested in a written report; I just wanted the highlights from an experienced inspector. I chose Gerald because he has a contractor background, and he was able to efficiently and thoroughly assess the two properties. Gerald and Deanna were so great to work with. Friendliest people. We booked them last minute for an inspection during escrow and they were able to squeeze us into their busy schedule! Gerald was so thorough with every aspect of the house and the report was extremely detailed and laid out each section of the house very clearly. It has been really helpful for us as we schedule work needed. In addition Gerald has been SO GENEROUS with his time, making himself available for many follow up questions and concerns I've had with the house.
