Paid this guy (think his name was Jason) few hundred bucks to test visible black mold in my apartment and he came back with negative results. Luckily I received 2 other opinions that contradicted his false results. I think "Jason" contacted the management of my building and received some kind of financial kick back in order to report results which were beneficial to the corporate apartment complex. This one man company is definitely not recommendable.

Same Day Mold Testing lives up to their name! Jason was fast, responsive, and not only did he come the same day, he showed up within an HOUR of me calling! He was awesome. We weren't sure when our walls were going to be closed up after a remediation project, and we wanted to get a mold test just to confirm that everything was mold free. Our contractor let us know the evening before we called Jason that he was going to begin closing walls the next day, so I called Jason and he was unfazed by me giving him zero notice. If you get his voicemail which instructs you to go to the website to book, it's very easy and user friendly, but I wasn't sure exactly what I needed so I left a message and he called me back in minutes. He walked me through my options and then gave me a fair price for the services I needed that was on par with other vendors I reached out to. Other vendors who weren't available same day. ;) Jason arrived quickly on a Friday, was very kind and knowledgeable and explained what he was doing, and then turned our results around by Monday so we could proceed with closing all of our walls. I hope we don't need to worry about mold in the future, but, if we do, Jason will be the first person we call!

Hired Jason to conduct a mold test in my apartment complex, his (negative) results were completely inaccurate. I feel as if Jason went behind my back and let my apartment complex representatives know that I was conducting a mold test in my building. I took the liberty to hire two (2) other mold testing companies and there results were much different than Jason's. Don't waste your time, money, or energy on this guy.
