They offer consistently good haircuts and styles, with Grazia knowing exactly what to do with her clients' hair. The salon has great prices and a positive atmosphere. With their expertise, clients can trust they will leave looking and feeling great, as evident in the many compliments received after a visit.
Chad is a master of hair and I am so happy to be his client! Grazia is wonderful and the salon is elegant/casual/welcoming. I found Salon Passione by asking someone with great hair who had cut it! Then learned Chad was a Vidal Sassoon grad as are all the top hairdressers in the world in my experience. You cannot find this level of excellence easily and I would travel much farther than Pasadena to get it.
Salon Passione is a gem! Chad is a true master with hair, and Grazia makes every appointment feel special. I originally found the salon after admiring a stranger’s haircut, and now I completely understand the hype. Chad’s Vidal Sassoon training comes through in every detail. This kind of excellence is rare—I’d happily drive far beyond Pasadena to keep coming back.
I just left and OMG GRAZIA did an AMAZING JOB ?, not only is she an amazing and skilled hair stylist but she is sooooo SWEET! Kelly washed my hair and was so sociable and gave me a great head massage during the wash. Grazia’s husband Chad who is also the owner is HILARIOUS. I had the best time chatting and getting my hair cut. She did it so fast and also straightened my hair once she blow dried it. I am so happy with my cut. I am always going to come back.
