Have been going to Rouge Powder Room for years and have NEVER been disappointed. My eyebrows seriously never look better than when I leave Thalia. I feel so comfortable with the great hospitality and years of experience that Thalia has to offer. She also does incredible hair and makeup, and I was lucky enough to have her do my wedding look. You will be HOOKED after checking our Rouge Powder Room!
Today was my first time here & let me say I'm speechless. I've always been self conscious because my eyebrows are so light & my hair takes forever to grow. She shaped my eyebrows after letting them grow for 2 months & Gave me a light tint && they look awesome! Definitely worth 5 stars!
Thalia is one of the most amazing brow tech I've gone to by far. She has completely changed my brow game and can't thank her enough! From thin brows(thanks to my previous brow lady) to now thick clean shaped brows. She's very knowledgeable about the entire process of growing out my brows. Took her word for it and after a week I've seen amazing results. Highly recommend going to her and highly suggest getting a wax + tint. Saves you from filling in your brows. It's a must!
