I have used the services of RPOA for several years now and have every confidence in the company's philosophy of letting them take the worry out of managing my money. I know the principal investment is safe with this company. My present contact at the company, Cliff Kwan keeps me informed at every turn. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and I trust his advice.

Extremely professional and responsive team of financial planners. They have helped us navigate through the "retirement maze" from social security, to tax planning, to Medicare, to the Required Minimum Distribution (RMD). One of the most important things that a financial planner can do is to be PROACTIVE in their engagement with clients - we meet with our advisor a minimum of twice per year (this year we met at least four times) to discuss several aspects of our financial plan. When the markets go up and down, it can be really hard to tell how well they do their job. If the economy is not doing well and our account is not doing well, we can’t tell if RPOA is not doing the best job or if it’s just the economy. That said, they seem to be doing OK and are pleasant and responsive to work with.
