I would suggest this office closes as doctors who spent years studying to take care of patients, are scared to see sick patients. I would challenge them to review medical ethics and the purpose of their job. If medical doctors are concerned of getting sick from their patients, they should stay home and give chance for those doctors who actually want to practice. We were denied to be checked in office Bec of sore throat. This is shameful to the medical practice.

If I could give no stars, I would the new staffing Here are incompetent The two ladies at the front are just rude or no knowledge of anything I've been with Optum for years and I've never felt so disrespected and disgraced and their medical assistant where did she graduate from when you come out to speak to a patient you do not scream or yell loudly about a patient's privacy. Don't want go there anymore. I'm going to change my insurance get new primary they're just horrible.

So glad that this place is here. It is WAY better than the previous location. The staff here are amazing and the waiting room is super nice an clean. I love the space we have, helping with hippa issues and laws. The previous location at the urgent care center was way too small and crowded. The restroom was literally IN the infusion room area so there is NO privacy. It was awkward. Here there are two very clean, very nice "facilities" to use. Charles the LVN is excellent and has a great bedside manner. Debbie the Infusion coordinator who schedules the appointments is friendly and very helpful. For those of us who need regular infusions, this makes a huge difference. I'm so glad HealthCare Partners listens to the patient input regarding staff and accommodation. This location with the remodel makes for such a better experience. Having to get a regular infusion is hard on us. Having a nice atmosphere, great staff and multiple restrooms really helps.
