I'm so glad I found this local company! They were able to come out the same day after I called in a panic since we had no hot water. They replaced an old/dysfunctional water heater with a tankless system the next day. Also noticed some old pipes that were leaking that they repaired. Amazing customer service from the office staff to all of the team- Pierre, Refugio, Pedro and Pedro have all been super nice, trustworthy and do good work. Highly recommend!
The service experience I had with New Image Plumbing was exemplary in every detail. From my initial call to New I mage all the way through to completion and payment, the experience was expert, pleasant, honest, dignified — even friendly and amusing.

I wish Google would let me give 10 stars for New Image Plumbing & Rooter. I almost never write reviews, but they truly earned this one.
We had a sewage backup at our commercial office — easily one of the worst types of surprises — and they were onsite in under 2 hours from my call. That alone was a huge relief.
Pierre, the owner, showed up himself. He was incredibly friendly, straightforward, and easy to communicate with. While his technician handled the repair quickly, Pierre walked me through what was happening and provided transparent pricing before every step.
