My Endolift experience at “Me, myself and I”medical spa was outstanding from start to finish. Dr. Gayane Arutunian is the most caring, patient, experienced, and honest doctor I have ever met. She is truly one of the leading Endolift specialists in the world, and it shows in both her skill and the results.
She explained the entire process clearly, set realistic expectations, and scheduled multiple follow ups to make sure my healing stayed on track. I always felt supported and informed. The staff is just as wonderful. Everyone is kind, attentive, and professional.

It’s been about a month since I had Endolift with Dr Arutunian at Me Myself and I Medical Spa. I wanted to give an honest review of my procedure. I'm super happy with my results, and the outcome has been very noticeable with excellent results. My face feels tight, and no more double chin! I couldn't be happier. I was feeling depressed because I felt I was too young for a facelift. Luckily, I found Dr Arutunian on TikTok. She is absolutely the best! Highly recommend Me Myself and I! I had been considering Botox for a very long time and finally made the decision to go for it after finding this medical spa and reading all the great reviews.
Dr. Gayane Arutunian has such a calming and knowledgeable presence and made me feel confident in the procedure I chose to do. The results are so flattering and natural- just what I hoped for. I have now had a Botox session and came back to try Dysport. Happy to have found her!
