I was geofarming a particular route and I had set a budget based on that route. Originally it had a little over 700 recipients, then when I went to copy the order with a new post card design, it went up to over 1000 recipients, messing with my budget and my audience. It was a shame, I couldn't get an explanation as to why it changed, in the end I chose a different route and that also messed with my consistency. I hope this isn't a regular thing, because what good is geofarming without consistency. I'd be better if I just got the lists and did it myself if I can't rely on the consistency. Amazing experience, this was my first time doing a mail campaign and the staff helped me through every part of the process. I really appreciate the level of customer service this business provides.
I recently worked with ITI Direct Mail, and I was very impressed with how they handled a printing error on one of my orders. Christine Lacina took the time to speak with me on the phone to try to figure out what happened. The company owned the the issue, and made it right, right away. That level of service is rare and I’ll definitely continue using them.
