This is the outpatient PT/OT and other rehab services at Huntington Health and they still open for business (for some reason this office has been flagged as closed for good). Most of the therapists are good, some are mediocre. The worst part of this place is making your first appointment. The first time I had a referral after no return phone call over four months I just had to stop by and ask for an appointment, then they wanted a copy of the referral approved by my insurance company (which is automatically sent to them) and the prescription (which the referring doctor sends to the insurance company and this clinic). I've come away from this clinic dazed and stunned at my experience. I have been going there a few times and sought a competent BUT KIND, friendly and warm therapist. That's what everyone wants from any vocation. Of course we never get to pick who we vibe out, we are assigned to someone. I was originally assigned to a female but because of cancelation I ended up with someone named Jay (jose villanueva). I really really wanted to resonate and like Jay and hoped our association would be productive and pleasant but as the sessions went on he has become unpleasant. They have the best PT and I am doing much better after a couple sessions. They are knowledgeable and taught me exercise routines that are really helpful. Parking is not free but they will validate your parking stub so you only have to pay some of it.
