Hugo is an exceptional personal trainer who is very passionate, kind and knowledgeable. He tailored my program based on my goals and the workouts were always a challenge but never boring. It was such a good way to start my day! I learned so much from him, from getting the right form to nutrition tips. Highly recommend him to anyone starting their fitness journey!

Where do I even start? I've been a client of Hugo's since 2022. I was looking for someone knowledgeable, kind, professional, and motivated. Hugo is exactly THAT. I can say with confidence he is worth the investment - one that will not only change you physically, but mentally as well. From the beginning Hugo was clear in detailing what it would take for me to reach my fitness goal (macros, exercise, sleep, water intake, etc).
