I recently ordered a Refrigerator, and was really pleased with the delivery and haul away process. The delivery guys were cool, they had the old one out, and the new one up and running within the arrival hour!!!

Only reason I am rating the Home Depot in Pasadena so low is due to their customer service. I waited for over an hour to get some assistance on getting turf grass cut. I asked 5 different associates for assistance and they all responded with them not being certified to cut but they would get someone for me. Not once did I receive feedback from any of the 5 associates and I walked away after the hour wait with nothing.
