I can’t say enough amazing things about HealthFit. Our family will be forever grateful for the care my son received here after suffering a major tibia fracture that required surgery. We were originally told his recovery could take 9–12 months, but thanks to the incredible team at HealthFit, he was back doing what he loves in just 3 months.
Before this experience, I honestly didn’t realize how much of a difference the right physical therapy team could make. I quickly learned that not all physical therapists are created equal, and HealthFit is truly in a league of its own.

Had a wonderful experience with Daphne over the course of a few months of physical therapy. She was super knowledgeable and helpful in getting me to a place where I feel more confident and comfortable in my various athletic endeavors. I feel so lucky to have gotten to work with her!
Top 3 things I loved: 1) The knowledgeable and caring staff who explained everything clearly, 2) The professional, thorough approach to my physical therapy sessions, 3) The motivational environment that kept me encouraged and on track.
