I am fairly new to the neighborhood and it's been hard finding the right place to get my hair done how I want it. Linda was great and asked many questions to get my hair the way I want it. Great customer service.

I have had a hard time trusting hair stylists since my regular person moved too far away. I tried Fantastic Sams's on Lake Avenue Pasadena 2 years ago and had not gotten a haircut since! That first time was an OK cut but there were lots of mistakes I had to try to fix by myself. After searching for a new one but being turned off by the high prices and attitudes of some of the salons I called (one never called me back, and the other acted like they were doing me a favor by squeezing me into their schedule, which I canceled once I found out the price was over $100.00). I would like to give 10 stars to Alina she is such a great hair stylist and I want to thank her so much for fixing my hair. I went and had my hair layered from someone else and I know that person did not do a good job. So I walked in to this store this morning and asked if someone can fix my hair and I love my hair so much thanks to Alina. Thank You so much Alina I will be a customer forever you did an amazing job and now I can wear my hair down I will recommend this place and Alina to all my friends and family. Everyone there is also so nice.
