I had a great sign up experience at Equinox Pasadena with membership advisor Janine Jabro. I had an issue with a referral reward after joining, and she stayed on top of it the entire time, kept me updated, followed up internally, and made sure it got resolved. Really appreciate how responsive and helpful she was throughout the process.
I recently moved to Pasadena and joined Equinox. It’s a great gym and very clean—I love taking classes here. I’m very picky, and I think I made the right choice in choosing Michael Gilliam as my personal trainer. He is excellent! He is very knowledgeable, supportive, and always keeps things positive. He makes each session both challenging and motivating, and I’ve seen real progress in both my strength and confidence.
I have spent three months at this Equinox location doing about 3-4 training sessions a week (almost once every other day). I appreciated how hard I could be pushed for the training sessions I had while not being pushed so hard that I struggled on my next session. My trainer Michael Gilliam (they have a few Mikes here) was mindful about which areas we were targeting such that I felt good going into the next session. Three months in, I can see and feel a great difference in my upper body, my legs, my arms, and my core.
