My smart and knowledgable friend told me that "Sylviane is the best trainer I've ever worked with in my life." That ringing endorsement is what led me to sign up with a one-on-one program with her. I have to say, I pick good friends. He is right.Other trainers I've worked with seem to still be working out their masculinity issues or think that an Army-inspired barking & shaming actually is motivating.
