It was obvious from our first call with Allie that she was extremely knowledgeable of the Pasadena/Altadena area, and where in each of those communities we would feel most at home. Allie is an absolute dream. We started the home buying and selling process with her years ago, pre-covid. From the very beginning she took the absolute best care of us. We met with her on multiple occasions as we had so many concerns and questions. No matter the time, day, or question, Allie addressed our concerns quickly with nothing but honesty and truth. The trust built with Allie was effortless. She stayed communicative throughout the entire process and always made sure confusion was never a factor. Allie's professionalism, expertise, and passion shined through and through and ultimately brought comfort to an experience that felt immense and at times felt impossible. Allie never felt 'pushy' when viewing properties. She stayed very in tune with our wants and needs between the property itself and the surrounding area. She never suggested properties that were out of our range and always suggested properties that had our best interest. Working with her felt like working with a friend who knows how to tough-love you in all of the sweetest and funny ways. One of the greatest aspects of our experience with Allie is that she always left us in the driver seat.
