YiPi is so gentle, caring, and calming (funny, too). She always listens well and chooses the best products for your skin type - with recommendations afterwards, too! The environment is so soothing and calming. I felt so relaxed and comfortable. :) My skin was so smooth and glowing afterwards. 10/10 experience
