Very caring. Let me explain my issues. Didn’t try to interrupt. Fully explained why these issues were occurring. Reassured this 80 year old lady that this wasn’t serious. Provided possible OTC solutions. She was very professional. I would see her again.
Waiting room was standing room only at 10:09-a vey busy morning! My 10:20 appt. started about 40 min. later. However, the tech and Dr. Dang made the exam reassuring and efficient..great rapport and professionalism!
Due to less people during the summer, wait time was a lot less. Dr. Amini explained a new eye condition very well to me. He's always pleasant and knowledgeable. I'm lucky to have him as my retinologist
