I feel the need to post here as a professional how handles the care of patients before they expire, the staff at this facility is RUDE, Confrontational and unwilling to listen. They made an error on a patient's death certificate and actually wanted us to change it so they wouldn't have to ask for a new one. They called the staff liars and continuously called for the doctors signed death report after being told he was not in until the afternoon. They hung up our staff and told us we were holding up a decedent's funeral, because of the error THEY made. Please find somewhere that will treat your family member with respect, this is NOT the place.

If 0 stars were possible thats what I would give. This has been the worst possible experience. Losing a loved one is the hardest thing....having to deal with an unorganized money hungry company such as this made everything so much worse. If you find yourself in the heart breaking need of any funeral home services do NOT use them. In the beginning Ursula will make you feel like you and your loved one are important and you're not. The day time person is Natalia, she's very rude and should stay away from any type of customer service. You should avoid places like Avalon in your time of despair. Their unprofessional customer service, their lack of empathy will only add to what is an already stressful moment. Please avoid them. I wish I would have read review before using them!
