Aspire Pilates and Physical Therapy & Sports Performance —Pasadena

I want to give a shout out to all at Aspire but especially to my PT, AJ, who is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and attentive. My goal since day 1 of my knee surgery recovery was to get back to my exercise routine. She is making it happen because she listens and individualized each session to my needs that day.
