I injured my hip just six weeks before running the LA Marathon. Within a week of the injury, I was swiftly admitted into Aspire, where I began working with my PT Preston.

I told Preston we had five weeks to get my hip back in shape. No excuses. He accepted the challenge without hesitation and built a strategic plan that balanced recovery with performance. Every session felt intentional and pushed for progress

I’ve been coming to Aspire for my recovery from back and hip surgery, and it has been an amazing experience. My PT Adriana, DPT is awesome and has been an instrumental part of my recovery. She is so knowledgeable, empathetic, kind, and genuinely cares about her patients. She has put together a great program for me. She takes her time for manual therapy and to educate me on my condition, and explain the benefits of the exercises she has chosen for me to do. All the staff here are so kind and helpful.
