I called panicked after my dog got sprayed in the face. The person that picked up was so calm and answered my questions while I wasn’t comprehending because I was panicking. She provided me solutions on what to do. I would highly recommend this friendly place
My 3 year old cat suddenly became ill and had to be hospitalized for two days, with follow up testing needed. During a very scary experience, Dr. Qiu (internal medicine) and Michelle (front desk), as well as the entire ACCESS team, were very caring, thorough and kind. The medical team’s compassion and care makes a huge difference and is truly appreciated!
Dr Naiman is the best. He took great care of our Bonnie Owens and he is a hero. The staff makes a serious and tense situation relaxed and I appreciated that.
