My girl Andie was a recent cardiology patient of Dr. Cole. She had the Left Atrial Decompression procedure. From the moment I reached out inquiring about the procedure to the day of surgery I was impressed with Dr. Cole and his staff. They were prompt and compassionate during their communication with me and answered all my questions. They made me feel supported and heard. My girl is my soul dog and it is scary when they are sick and have to undergo a procedure. They kept me informed the entire time and their expertise eased my fears. The receptionists Yoselin and Brieana were so amazing and kind. Dr. Cole’s assistant Brianna was exceptional, informative and was amazing at her job. Barbara (Dr. Ross’ assistant) was great at her job as well. Both Nadine and Vanessa played an integral part in my girls procedure too. I work in human healthcare and I was amazed at how well your team works together to make this happen. This was the BEST experience I have ever had at a vet hospital. I wish I lived closer as I would switch all my care to the practice. Thank you for giving my girl Andie the gift of quality of her life. I will forever be grateful.
