It's too bad they closed I liked going here, but to the people who pre-paid.. They are definitely the same owners of the Eagle Rock location! I've been to both and personally saw the ER owner here at Pasadena, we talked for a minute and confirmed he owned both.

On a whim, i decided to take my dog out and about and then decided I should also get him a bath. After all, we're out and about today. He is a big boy; a German shepherd and mastiff mix. I called this location, the got me a spot, and when I arrived it was all great! They had everything ready for me -- soaps, conditioners, brush, blow dryer, towels, etc. And it didn't smell at all like another dog had been there earlier. Definitely happy with the experience, so I went ahead an purchased 10 trips to use at any time in the future. My dog has such a shiny coat now!!!

Nice facility but they do not follow there posted hrs. They state they open at 9am on Monday's. I went today at 11am and last Monday; both days they were closed. Not good business!
