Yes there is always a wait time but if I can wait a couple months to get in, then I can sure as heck wait a couple hours. I see so many patients yelling at the front staff as if it's their fault for the wait, it's not, so if your going to be rude and yell bring it to corporate, not them. They are just doing their job.
