I received exceptional care from Savanah, an X-ray technician at Western Dental, during my recent visit. Her skill level, speed, and professionalism are incredibly impressive. I watched her handle and adjust the equipment effortlessly to capture multiple X-rays and photos from various angles. She completed the entire process quickly and seamlessly, all while ensuring I remained completely comfortable. For a young professional, her technical dexterity is remarkable. She is a huge asset to the team and highly deserves recognition for her outstanding work!

I felt so well taken care of here highly due to 2 people in particular. The x-ray tech Mark was incredible and so personable! We got along great and he was incredibly fast with the whole process. Thank you Mark! The next person was Rebecca! What a wonderful and incredible person! The way she presents her self and talked to me with so much respect and was so sincere! Thank you both so much for making my dental visit feel easy!

Definitely faster service than a few years prior. Cody was awesome, very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He was dealing with an extremely upset parent in angry mommy mode ( no fault of western dental) he was understanding, sympathetic, and respectful with the client and mother. Unfortunately, I don’t think anybody on planet earth could have turned the angry mom to a happy mom. Cody’s great though.
