Natalie was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She explained things clearly, and had such a calm and friendly energy. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and takes pride in what she does. Going to the dentist can be stressful, but Natalie made the experience so much easier and more positive. Highly recommend her!
The staff were so pleasant, Gabrielle and Dr. Mallari were so kind and patient with me through my appointment and really made me feel like I was being heard. Yes there is always a wait time but if I can wait a couple months to get in, then I can sure as heck wait a couple hours. I see so many patients yelling at the front staff as if it's their fault for the wait, it's not, so if your going to be rude and yell bring it to corporate, not them. They are just doing their job. Anyways, this place is great, and I'm grateful to have a place in redding that accepts my insurance!
They definitely have horrible wait times.... But the most important to me is that the dentist actually did a great job. He took his time and did a great job. I am very happy with my new denture. I have been going to western dental for years and I know that I'm going to have to wait when I have an appointment and that's the only bad thing I can say. I have never had any problems with cleanings, fillings, root canals, crowns and now dentures services. They always do a good job
