We were most impressed with how well managed the project was, from start to finish. They set up a calendar detailing what would happen when and stuck to it. Our project manager, Heather, was great at communicating with us throughout. Everyone we met from Advisor was pleasant and professional. The individual who did most of the actual labor, Ace, was outstanding. Finally, when the work was done, Advisor was great at cleaning up the job site. Hopefully, we don't have any more big projects anytime soon, but if we did Advisor would be the ones we'd call.“

“We recently had Metals Direct install a new 27x30 metal garage to replace one that collapsed from a heavy snow load. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and Metals Direct's super support throughout, especially Erik and Annalissa. Erik helped plan a structure with heavier load-bearing capacity and a steeper roof pitch. Importantly to me, he suggested small changes to the original dimensions that reduced the bracing requirements, and therefore the cost.

This was a first-time build for Metals Direct in our county. Annalissa drove all the way over to deal directly with the responsible county department and their detailed requirements, some of which differed from her experience, and otherwise could have been "gotchas". She also discovered that there was an incomplete final inspection from an earlier build at our place, which threatened to sideline this project. Annalissa to the rescue! She worked out an arrangement that allowed our work to proceed.

We used our own contractor for the concrete pad. I was impressed with the way that Annalissa stitched together our contractor's busy schedule, Metals Direct's multiple bookings, and difficult weather to get the job done. I was especially impressed with her courtesy in staying in touch with updates. And she always called back when I had questions.

I want to put in a word for the crew, too. Really hard working and courteous. Left the area neat and clean. And the quality of work / attention to detail was excellent.
