I had a great experience at Warby Parker Palo Alto! The associates are friendly and offer great customer service. Mikey was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me pick frames that would flatter my face shape. Will definitely be coming back for all my glasses needs ?

I've been to other Warby Parkers before, and never had this level of care before! Eric helped me find 3 pairs of glasses that I liked, noting the type of jewelry I wear and that I get headaches with heavy glasses. He was incredibly helpful, and made the pain of glasses shopping actually fun. Thank you, Eric!
