After reading these reviews I felt compelled to post this to say that my experience was completely smooth. I appreciated all the staff members, who were universally professional and kind. I showed up at 4pm on a Thursday and there was no one waiting, and I was seen by a doctor within 30 minutes. I left with my issue resolved.

I am not sure why this place has only 2 stars overall. I went there last week on a Friday night around 9:30pm for a skin infection from an insect bite. The wait time was under 30 mins. I also asked them questions and learned that they aren’t providing an urgent care level treatment but the care I received was quick and great. First, thanks to Adrian (sorry if I got your name wrong) at the checkin - he was friendly and made sure I was covered under my insurance. He also recognized me when I called and went back for a follow up visit. Then I had Dr. Dash (first visit) and Dr. Shen (follow up visit). I had an amazing experience here! I ran into the clinic 30 minutes before closing with an issue I was having They were very nice (from the from desk staff to the doctor I saw) and accommodating and took me in right away and helped me, the dr came in and promptly cared for me. I literally feel so much better seeing them. I am so grateful for the great teamwork and care I received when I went tonight.
