From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was solid…professional, welcoming, and on top of things. But what really stood out was the level of care across the board.
One person in particular, Eileen, the patient flow coordinator, went above and beyond in a way you don’t see often anymore. I had a great experience here! I walked in around 8:27pm, was taken back to be seen in less than 10 minutes. Was seen by a nice MA, MD, and RN who were all very efficient in time and wanted to help. They took into consideration my drive home and timing I was there when thinking about what medicine to give and how what route to give it. Was seen and treated in just over an hour. Amazing! Thank you so much!
Hours they stated online were wrong.. please update them. I ended up making an hour-long trip here, just to be told by 5 staff at the clinic can't take anyone. They took the guy next to me though? I ended up limping back home with a messed up ankle, and had to go to the hospital the next day.
