I wish to give zero stars if there is an option. NO EMPATHY FOR STAFF- BIG FLAG. Receptionists to nurses to doctors, everybody- NO EMPATHY. This happened in Fremont location. I have a general phy who was very hesitant to give me medical approval for work even though she saw how much I am suffering. She shows faces and was uncomfortable and rude when I went there with severe hives. After back and forth she agrees and gives medical leave approval but and goes on vacation with incomplete paperwork. My daughter was seen by a provider at Sunnyvale PAMF and we got a bill saying. we went to out of network provider, but we have insurance and we double checked and booked appointment after being 100% sure its in network! when I called billing department the lady asked me who made the error? Unfortunately , I dont have special powers to know about whats happening in billing dept ! It is so disappointing to have insurance and get such a bill . Doctors are good , but billing dept needs some improvement .This is not first time we are experiencing such a situation :( Just be careful when you have a different group number or employer ,even if you update information, their billing...read full review
Crazy, they're the provider on my card and the provider that my insurance tells me that is my provider. They accept my insurance and still bill me self pay. Best part, they're collecting a PMPM fee from my insurance every month and still billing me self pay for PRIMARY CARE SERVICES! Which by the way is not allowed by the California Department of Health and Human Services if you are a Primary Care Provider for an HMO. All you can collect for scheduled primary care services is the co-pay listed on your card. This is all intentional. It's there way of keeping you from seeking services so they can collect your monthly member fee and provide zilch in service.
