Oh My! Salon & Spa

This place has no respect for anyone’s time. Allan gives me a decent haircut for the price BUT the last 3 times I’ve been there I’ve been told anything from it should be a few minutes while watching someone else just get started with their cut, booked coordinated treatments with my wife only to be fit in end to end. Today I showed up on time again and asked to wait 15 min with no one in sight. I don’t think they actually document the appointments. They seem to fly by the seats of their pants. I value my time and wish they would act like they cared. I’ve had to wait excessively or left the last few times I’ve been. Zero empathy, business must be too good……Time for a change. Buyer beware

I got a mani pedi and already a week later the gel is lifting off the nails. I would give it 2 stars but because the ladies were friendly I’ll give it 3. If you go here for your nails please just be mindful. They had a wide range of colors the foot scrub was nice.

Got my nails done here many times. It's really good. I was happy on how my hoco nails came out, but they didn't have the color I wanted cause they ran out.

I came here for a haircut and, left deeply disappointed. I take pride in my thick, beautiful hair, which often receives compliments. Without my permission, the stylist began thinning it out. I watched in shock as large amounts of my hair fell onto my lap. When I politely asked her to stop, she dismissed my concerns, commenting that my hair was “too thick.” I explained that I actually love my hair’s fullness, yet she continued, insisting she was only creating layers.

The result is that my hair now feels like half of what I walked in with. I am mortified, anxious for it to grow back, and saddened by the disregard for my preferences. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone.

Pretty disappointing. Took 1 hour 15 minutes and the nails look like I’ve grown out for a week already. The nail shaped are all different and some are dented. Under the sun, you can see the bottom nail parts, all straight and not painted all the way. Gave 2 stars because they were nice but quality wide, I would not go back.

The staff are very helpful caring team oriented and willing to go the extra mile to keep customers happy and the owners Julie and Allen highly recommend them for there very caring speciality and make customers for happy to do business with them I would highly recommend using and they are very friendly so I am so glad I found them in Palo Alto California

Consistently good cuts! I’ve used Oh My to cut both my and my children’s hair for over 4 years. Always friendly and accommodating with their schedule. (Bonus: if early, the salon is walking distance to excellent cafe’s!)

I have had the worst pedicure ever!
I was the last person they did the pedicure to.
I went to my car and the nail polish didn’t dry correctly
I called to let them know what happened and nobody answered my calls
I went directly to the saloon and talked to the owner and she asked me if I could help them to find the color
How could I remember what color they used on me?
It was like looking a needle in a stuck of hay.
I told her to help me or the lady who did it to me and she said sorry we are all busy
I stepped out feeling so dissaponte.
I totally wouldn’t recommend this salon

Dirty, used brushes. I went in for a haircut and left disgusted. The stylist tried to use dirty hair brushes with other people's hair on me! When I insisted she clean and sanitize the brushes she seemed stunned, like the thought of sanitizing never occurred to her. If you want lice or a fungal scalp infection this is the place to go. Unhygienic and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
