Jade was my stylist today and she did such an incredible job. I am so in love with my hair!!! I got exactly what I wanted.
She washed my hair and gave me an incredible head massage while she was at it and it was truly life-changing.
She’s also so personable, funny, and sweet! If you’re in her chair, you’re in good hands.

Maia Orr is amazing— great at figuring out my fine curly/wavy temperamental hair. Took her time and gave me a great layered bob. She is lovely and attentive. Highly recommend.

I went to see Jade and had an absolutely wonderful experience. She was highly professional, was attentive to what I was looking for, and explained every step. I was truly amazed by the result, which looked effortless and sleek and lasted through the day. I had an absolutely gorgeous blowout and would definitely come again to see Jade! One star for a full refund. I asked for a feather layer with bang chin length haircut. What I got for $168 (not including tip) was a box shape botched layer haircut. Box shape is being nice, picture a mullet. The right side layers are shorter, creating a hole. Not sure why but Monica and another hair cutter asked me which side I part??? What? Layers are even and blended! There must be a lot of mercury in the water in the bay area. Monica offered to recut. I think I will end up with a pixie. I asked another hair cutter and she said she will have to cut a lot off! She told me to wait for my hair to grow out. I do not recommend this salon. Save your money. $168 is too much to flush down the toilet. My hair cut by Monica was student level and there was no teacher to correct her botched cut.

I love Pam so much!! Literally the only person i trust with my hair. It started with my dad getting his haircuts from her, and bringing me along- and suddenly i was getting my haircut by her. Shes seen me through all my awkward phases, and has been so supportive and kind everytime i go there. Sincerely one of the sweetest people i know!!

I had my hair dyed for the first time and Pam made it such an easy transition to colored hair. She did a beautiful balayage and made my blonde hair look brighter without losing its dimension. Cannot recommend her enough, shes amazing!

Clean, elegant salon. Kind front desk. Pam R. is my stylist. she is fantastic, kind, and experienced. She actively listened to past hair experiences and expresses confidence is being able to meet my vision. My hair is quite thick and lots of texture. She provided gentle suggestions and options for which way to go with my hair. final product = beautiful golden melted highlights with a healthy great cut! I am so very happy with my hair and glad to have Pam as my stylist.

Pam R. is the absolute best. I moved to the South Bay from out of state and she did a beautiful job matching the Wella color formulas from my longtime stylist. Her haircut and styling were also extremely flattering. Pam listened and clearly cared about me, not just as a customer but as a human being, which means a lot.
