I stopped by because my glasses broke and lost a screw, and I hadn’t even bought them from this store. Alfonso still helped fix them and cleaned my glasses, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely get my next pair of glasses here!

Love this location. It’s not what you’d expect from an Optometrist office at all, and I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone I dealt with answered my questions and were not overly pushy is any way. They immediately greeted me and asked if I had my prescription and offered to help me understand my vision benefits. I let them know I was interested in browsing first, which they responded with “No problem at all, please just let us know if you have any questions, we are happy to help” someone was always within earshot but never made me feel pressured by being directly in my space. Excellent service at LensCrafters! The staff were very friendly and professional. I came in to have my sunglasses adjusted, and the associate fixed them perfectly at no cost. I really appreciate the great service and kindness!
