My experience was terrific across the board and Kay met my hopes and expectations and then some. The massage was outstanding and I appreciated her asking about the desired amount of pressure. As a bigger guy who spends much time at a computer, I require a lot of pressure to work through my petrified wood-like shoulders and stubborn knots without making it excessively painful or torturous (as I've had elsewhere), and she threaded the needle very nicely! I also found Kay very knowledgeable about the body. She seems to take a lot of pride in knowing and perfecting her craft.
