TERRIBLE service. Avoid this salon. Twice I schedule appointments for a keratin appointment, both times organizing babysitters and both times Paco did not turn up. On neither occasion did he call to explain or apologize.

I made a reservation online for 11 a.m. on August 10, Sunday. I received a welcome email message reply as well as a separate confirmation email message identifying the stylist. I showed up and no one was there at the business--I waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. I called and left a message. Never received a call back, an apology, an explanation or anything. Given the number of similar businesses in the area, it would not make sense to waste more personal time trying to give this one any of my money.
