The blower motor broke on my Carrier Infinity furnace and they were able to get the motor the next day in Concord and changed the unit for me in Oakland. It was also covered under warranty even though they did not do the initial installation. When it comes time to change the unit I would use them.

After having 3 different companies come and not fix our problem, we finally found Galaxy. Specifically Eddie from Galaxy who was able to accurately diagnose our problem and ultimately fixed the issue. My only complaint is that I wish we'd found them sooner. Galaxy installed a new furnace and air conditioning system for my house last year. Their prices are fair and they were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They have come out twice since installation (once to fix a vibration in a duct and today to help me with the thermostat). Each time they have been so helpful and fixed the problem quickly. They are straightforward, honest and really back up their work! Totally recommend them without reservation.

Ratmir gave me a 30-minute pre-arrival text as I requested. Since I'm an off-site property manager, this is very helpful so I can get there to let service professionals into the units instead of me waiting there hours during the arrival window. As easy as this would seem, so many companies fail to do this simple request. He installed the wall heater with ease and was much faster than I expected! When there were installation decisions to be made, he walked me through the options and explained the outcomes of each. The only item that could be a consideration for not using Galaxy was the scheduling. I called on a Wednesday and the earliest available time was Sunday. However, I attribute this to Galaxy having a higher demand than their competitors who were available to install the next day but did charged a whole lot more. So in an emergency or need for expedited service you may need to look elsewhere. My trusted HVAC company from 7 years ago unfortunately never returned my calls so I'm very fortunate to have Galaxy Heating & AC as a new reliable resource for my property management needs. Highlights: +Great communication +Fast installation/repair +Competitive pricing +Professional (wore the shoe booties I left on the floor without me asking!)

Eddie came to replace my wall mounted heater. He did an excellent job. Notified me 30min to a hour before arriving, cleaned up his work and was fast and efficient. He answer any questions I had and was very honest. Happy to recommend.
