I went to see about getting a new cleanser I was looking for an oil based cleanser. I was kindly greeted I, the nicest sales person who talk to me all about oil, cleansers, and what they do, and then asked me specific questions about my face and was able to recommend a few different products for me. They not only recommend products, but even made me some samples and explained each different sample and what it would do and even talked about the different price range. Everyone in the store was so nice and helpful. I can't wait to go back. I love shopping at Bluemercury Palo Alto!

Bluemercury is leading luxury beauty retailer located inside Macy's Easton Town Center. They offer makeup and skincare, hair, bath and body products. There are other locations that offer spa services and this one DOES NOT. They have brands like NARS, Creme de La Mer, SK-II, Laura Mercier, Rodial, Dermalogica and more. If there is a brand on their website that is not offered in store they will try and locate it and ship it directly to you. They do offer makeup tutorials and will walk you through the right products to buy and the steps you need to do complete your beauty routine at home yourself.

Excellent customer service! Bluemercury employees at this store made me feel special! They are the pros! I did not realized for a while that Macy's Stanford hides this treasure inside. Obviously, they location is hard to find inside of Macy's. But if you do find the store, you will get a great service, amazing skin care and make up advises, and a huge variety of high end brands. The stuff made me feel like a princess! I am definitely their customer forever!
