Veronica was amazing at the vision center. Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. She walked me through many options for contact lenses, as well as glasses. Was extremely helpful, cheerful and patient. Definitely coming back to get my meta glasses and sun glasses with her.
This is a great place to get glasses. My husband prefers Dr. Kim to anyone else. Although he's very busy, he is very knowledgeable and thorough in his exam. The ladies at the vision center are all so friendly and helpful. Marleny filled my husband's glasses prescription, with all the bells and whistles. Then I went back later that day to pay for his prescription sunglasses that the doctor suggested. Marleny had communicated the request to Leslie, and she was already on it! Then Veronica got me a pair of polarized sunglasses on the spot. They put a rush on my husband's glasses, and all three pair were ready within the week. Amazing job all around.
After having my eye checked, this is my next stop since it is just a few steps away. And mostly, I have heard that their frames are way cheaper than the other places. An employee came to my aid when she saw me. We sat down. I told her that I wanted a progressive lens with transition. She gave me the tiers and prices as well as what it comes with it. She recommended the first 2 tiers. Looking at the prices, it is not that bad compared to other stores that offer the same. Then she asked for my vision insurance. That's when it went down. They don't accept my insurance anymore so I was dismayed. But I left with good information. Employee was very helpful and knowledgeable.
