The worst optometry staff ever,very rude and unprofessional, tried to call for scheduling an appointment but nobody answered, went to clinic to schedule the appointment, they said we don't do appointment in clinic, and you have to call,which they don't answer, what a ridiculous system!!! This clinic is out list.Plus the very long wait people were complaining about, they don't deserve even one star.

I had an 11:30 appointment time. By 12:30, I was STILL sitting in the waiting room to be called. When I asked the receptionist if she had any idea how much longer it would be, she said the doctor breaks for lunch at 1:30 and I would be seen before then. 2 HOURS after my scheduled appointment time? That’s a terrible use of patient’s time and not a good way to conduct your business. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff was extremely rude.

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 the stuff is rude, let's just say they definitely hate there jobs. Or I can assure you there underpaid. I asked my brother to pick up a pair of glasses for my son since I Worked a 12 hour shift that day. I called to verify my sons sunglasses were there ahead of time and if it was OK for my brother to pick them up for me. I was advised that everything would be fine . My brother shows up and there's two unprofessional women at the front desk that don't even have the proper etiquette to simply say hello how can I help you. He then approaches them because obviously nobody's offering to help. Just for the lady in the front desk to say my son is not a patient there. Today I picked up my sons glasses from the same Ladies who said My Son was in a patient there. Bottom line Is do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache. Find yourself a better optical center.
