Nice office. You do your paperwork on a tablet, which is cool. The Doctor saw me quickly, gave his recommendation, then even listened to additional questions and gave his advice. I liked that because i went from a skin condition to skin care, and he gave me that extra time.
Friendly front-desk staff: did not make a big deal about me being late. 1st time consent/medical history questionnaire was long (as expected), but tablet was very user-friendly and responsive when answering questionnaire. Provider was AMAZING. I suffer from OCD, so I tend to overexplain and obsessively ask questions. He never made me feel rushed. He made me feel that every medical decision/order he made took my preferences, idiocincrencies, and long-term wellness into consideration. I left my appointment feeling more informed about my conditions and the best practices about how to treat them than ever before.
I have been going to this office every 2 weeks to a month for last 3 years. Honestly, I love this doctor's office. They have always treated me with respect and kindness. All of my issues were always promptly addressed, and they've always been on top of anything I needed. I have an uncommon medical condition and have had massive issues recieving good, timely, care with past doctors offices. Tri-Valley has been the absolute best team to help me fight to be well. Staff is so friendly and nice! I'm not sure why other people have had issues with this staff.
