“Let me start by walking you through the front door. The reception staff are very friendly and cooperative and should you have a question they wont make you wait long for an answer. This is so important, because they make you feel welcome right away. If your appointment was scheduled for, lets say, 9 AM. You will either be seen a few minutes before 9 or just shortly after. One of Dr. Kechichian's staff will lead you to your room. Dr.K will then see you PERSONALLY. Never a PA to do the work. Very personable, knowlegable, and thorough. I cannot say enough good about the service and professionalism of this office. I am currently taking radiation treatments for small cell carcinoma, a new service in this office. and could not be more appreciative of the interaction with the radiologist, who is very thorough as well. “This office has the best staff. I had gotten a rose thorn in my thumb and urgent care was a joke. I called them to see if the could help, explained the whole situation. They told me to come in. The office is clean and has wonderful art all over. They were so kind and answered all my crazy questions. Went above and beyond to help me. My son thought it was so cool he got to watch them cut me open and stitch me back up. Haha! I will be referring them to everyone. Honestly can’t say enough nice things about this doctor and his staff. Thank you again.“
