The only thing I don't like is urgent care isn't open more. It forces me to go elsewhere and I don't like it. Otherwise they are fantastic.

I had an excellent experience with Sarah Robertson, RN, FNP, during my initial intake and establishment of care. She was prompt, professional, and had an incredible bedside manner. For the first time in years, I felt truly heard by a healthcare provider. She took the time to explain medical situations clearly, without any unnecessary fluff, and approached my concerns with a no-nonsense yet compassionate attitude. Unlike many past experiences, she didn’t dismiss my symptoms right away but instead took them seriously. I genuinely appreciate her approach and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring provider.

Deb Rice is a phenomenal PCM. I feel heard and cared about when I leave. Her nurse Monica..amazing. They are both caring and responsive even when you're crying because you feel like you can't get your life together.
