South Valley Health Center offers a range of services, including check-ups and blood work. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some employees going above and beyond to assist patients. The facility is clean and well-maintained, although some amenities, such as a vending machine, are lacking. Overall, the center provides quick and convenient medical care for patients.
The worst place I ever been, first the doctors doesn’t speak English well, don’t understand what they are talking. They don’t hear the patient and doesn’t care patients filling. Trying to do second opinion in specialist and transfer insurance, While it is their responsibility to do the authorization. Very disappointed because see that is urgent for you ans doctor doesn’t try to help the patient. And and appointment starts 40 minutes later
It is not as bad as people are saying. I personally have been coming to this urgent care for 6 years and the only problem I have ever had is the wait time. The staff is always friendly with me. If you have a lot going on, I recommend a different facility, but all in all this isn't that bad of a place. Remember, my opinion.
really helpfull i wasn’t there patient but they still provide me the number for other facilities that i can get help.
