I had a very disappointing experience during my recent phone appointment. The doctor reviewed my lab results and briefly discussed lifestyle changes, including exercising more. When I explained that I already walk my dog for 30 minutes every day, the conversation felt dismissive rather than constructive.
The most frustrating part was when the doctor asked why I believed I may have PCOS. I explained that I have experienced excessive facial and body hair growth, significant weight gain, severe bloating, and severely irregular periods for many years. This place is literal dog poop. You can’t call anyone. Whole place is understaffed. Try calling any number on the registry and you will be there forever. Kind of a shame tbh.
The worst place I ever been, first the doctors doesn’t speak English well, don’t understand what they are talking. They don’t hear the patient and doesn’t care patients filling. Trying to do second opinion in specialist and transfer insurance, While it is their responsibility to do the authorization. Very disappointed because see that is urgent for you ans doctor doesn’t try to help the patient. And and appointment starts 40 minutes later
