I really like Dr. Kechichian. He is fun and friendly, and really knowledgeable. I needed to bring my two young daughters in for very different issues, and he treated them both with excellence and kindness. I see him interact with other patients and he puts everyone at ease and makes them feel important and comfortable. A rare doctor these days! Also, incredible staff! Super nice and sweet to myself and my kids. I'm grateful to have this dermatologist.
Let me start by walking you through the front door. The reception staff are very friendly and cooperative and should you have a question they wont make you wait long for an answer. This is so important, because they make you feel welcome right away. If your appointment was scheduled for, lets say, 9 AM. You will either be seen a few minutes before 9 or just shortly after. One of Dr. Kechichian's staff will lead you to your room. Dr.K will then see you PERSONALLY. Never a PA to do the work. Very personable, knowlegable, and thorough. I cannot say enough good about the service and professionalism of this office. I am currently taking radiation treatments for small cell carcinoma, a new service in this office. and could not be more appreciative of the interaction with the radiologist, who is very thorough as well.
