EDITED TO ADD: Dr. Dave heard about what happened and called me. He was as attentive and sweet to me as he is with the pets. Changing my rating to a 4 because he really is an amazing person and doctor.-----------2 stars because I do like the doctors. Zero stars for the staff. I brought my 5 month old puppy in today to have her nails trimmed - by the way, they charge $31 for this simple service!! Anyway, my puppy has been there at least 5 times for all of her shots. Never had a problem with her barking or growling at all, she's a baby. Well today, a tech named Julie tried to take my puppy and she growled. Five stars is not enough.My family and I first came here a couple months ago, sadly we were there to put our family dog down. Doctor Dave came in with love and compassion for everyone, he let us sit to hold our boy, then slowly walked us through the process of what he was doing. Once it happened, he stayed in the room with us talking with us to comfort.Unfortunately, yesterday my dog woke up in the morning struggling to breath. We rushed her in and instantly helped us. Once diagnosed our baby girl had to spend time in the oxygen tank. I’m so grateful for all the Dr.’s at Antelope Valley Animal Hospital! Dr. Dave, Dr. Morrow & last but never least Dr. Lennox are so incredibly thoughtful, they treat our fur babies like they’re family! Lastly, ALL staff whether front office or back office are terrific!Thank you all,Miss Pish, Bucca, Panda Lou and Gracie AA well as our 2 piggies, Petunia and Cletus
