“Palmdale Vet has great staff and my dog Bren is happy when she goes ans happy when she comes out. She is not afraid to go to the vet because they are gentle and caring. She is a puppy so we want good experience. They do that.“

“I want to say thankyou to palm plaza pet hospital. Unfortunately we had to put our Dobie to sleep he was very sick but I want to say they were very attentive and felt our pain. Also I just got his paw print it’s so beautiful along with some of his hair and a sympathy card signed by the staff thankyou so much ❤️❤️❤️I really appreciate it“

“EDITED TO ADD: Dr. Dave heard about what happened and called me. He was as attentive and sweet to me as he is with the pets. Changing my rating to a 4 because he really is an amazing person and doctor.-----------2 stars because I do like the doctors. Zero stars for the staff. I brought my 5 month old puppy in today to have her nails trimmed - by the way, they charge $31 for this simple service!! Anyway, my puppy has been there at least 5 times for all of her shots. Never had a problem with her barking or growling at all, she's a baby. Well today, a tech named Julie tried to take my puppy and she growled. In front of a waiting room full of people, Julie loudly said "you're gonna have to put a muzzle on her if she's gonna act like that" and then walked away. I was so embarrassed. Julie returned with 2 muzzles. I stood there, fumbling to get a muzzle on my tiny 5 pound puppy, while Julie and all of the other patrons watched. Once I was finally able to get the muzzle on my puppy, I had to try to tighten it one-handed, while not trapping my puppy's hair in it. Julie then grabbed my puppy and disappeared. In hindsight, I should've just left the second Julie clearly didn't want to deal with my puppy. When Julie returned, she apologized for the way she acted, but I was so mortified, it didn't even matter. I paid the $31 bill for trimming my puppy's nails and left. Got home, and my puppy is now limping?? She was not limping before.“
