Christian patiently showed us around the rock yard, offering helpful ideas and suggestions. He was knowledgeable and showed sensitivity to our price point.
If you want base rock, accent rocks, boulders, or fresh ideas, he's got it all, and is just the right amount of helpful, while remaining unobtrusive.
On my initial visit to the Palm Springs location I was inquiring about a hard to find stone that I was unable to find at various other stone yards. Luckily, Sandra was able to find the stone I was looking for. But her great customer service didn't stop there. I have probably had at least 7-8 orders now with Sandra and every time she is on top of game. She replies to messages VERY promptly, sometimes even on her day off!!! In today's day and age of iffy customer service Sandra stands out as a valuable asset to Southwest Boulder. Thank You!
Went there yesterday with a need for ideas as well as information. Guillermo, the assistant manager, was awesome, worked with me on my project, and in the end I left with exactly the right material. Truly love it! Will definitely be back.
