Dr. Alinani is fabulous. He listened to my complaints, did a thorough examination, ordered appropriate tests and follows me appropriately. When I called to be seen following a car accident I got a return call within 24 hours. Sometimes the front office is overwhelmed, but I have found that extending grace works out all the wrinkles.

Pain is a peculiar thing, and it is different for everyone. So are meds, and the pain and the response of meds changes with time. Please be patient. Write down notes and try all avenues. I can attest the Dr Ailinani is a great pain doctor. He went out of his way on his vacation to help me on my worst day of the year regarding my pain. The help also came by way of his assistant, Marrisa. What they did was one of the kindest things I have experienced since I survived being electrocuted 4 years ago. Don't give up.
