I believe Optum is short handed. The bought up many insurance companies without being prepared for the barrage of problems that come with the many people in need of medical care. I am optimistic about optum. I think once they have enough employees to handle the load, they will be fine.
Dr. Sabbah and his staff are quite wonderful and go 'above and beyond 'with this service. I especially wanted to mention the stellar service I constantly received form Whitney in hi office. Whitney obviously enjoys her job and her care is communicated even though a phone call. The entire team and the 'woman at the helm"; Staci makes sure that all my appointment and prescriptions are accurate and forthcoming. I could not be happier with this office and the Doc. Thanks, G.
